As an AEEC Ambassador in Project Management you will play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of our online and in person events. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that promotes AEEC's mission, events, and activities. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for project management, team work, planning, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the project manager in organising and hosting an industry leading event.
- Managing and coordinating between different stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the event deliverables.
- Assist in managing AEEC’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and promote AEEC events and initiatives
- Work closely with the AEEC team and partners to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with AEEC’s objectives
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project
Management, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Other fields can be considered.
Experience: Previous experiences with university clubs is a plus.

- Experience organising and hosting events with university clubs
- Problem solving skills – ability to think outside the box to handle any unplanned events in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills In English, French is a plus.
