As an AEEC Accounting Ambassador in Business Services you will play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of our AEEC big event. This p rogramme is an excellent opportunity for students seeking to gain hands on experience in accounting and financial management within the energy and entrepreneurship sectors. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into the accounting system.
  • Help prepare and send invoices to clients, track receivables, and process payments.
  • Support the analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Other fields are welcome to apply.
Experience:Previous experiences with university clubs is a plus.

    Skills:
  • Experience organising and hosting events with university clubs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills In English, French is a plus.
